Shout from the top of a metaverse mountain! The Broadcast plugin, aka “Voice of God” allows a user to speak with all users within a space. It’s like an intercom, but with actually good audio. Best used for brief announcements or notices. The broadcast plugin is one of the most widely used plugins for admins, allowing the ability to speak to all users within a space, completely bypassing the spatial audio feature. ⚠ Note: Broadcast will automatically mute the default Spatial audio. When the broadcast is stopped, you will have to “Unmute” your spatial audio again to be heard by other users.

Type “Broadcast” > select Install. It can be found on the bottom toolbar or under “More”. Once selected, just click on “Start Broadcast” to start broadcasting. This will inituate audio to the entire Vatom space. You will have to click Stop Broadcast in order to end.

⚠ Note that your spatial audio will automatically disable, and will need to manually be unmuted in order to speak to people again. There is also an audio delay between the start/stop of the broadcast.
