"It's Ok to Die" is a pre-collection rarity from recording artist whatever mike's (fka Michael Blume) upcoming "Word to the Trees" drop.  The soon-to-be-released collection is a collaboration between the musician and Romanian illustration/animation team Motion Bogdan & Andrei Dumitriu.  The collection stems from a full animated project that will accompany the song and be released in Spring 2022 as part of whatever mike's "Word to the Trees" EP.  Calling on the spirituality of the natural world, the project confronts the challenge of finding hope as humanity descends into madness.  "It's Ok to Die" embodies a core message of the "Word to the Trees" manifesto: the only way out is in.  When we let go of our ego and allow our "selves" to die every moment, freedom and rebirth become possible.
